今天和大家分享一道简单又好吃的甜点,你甚至可以做它在早餐时间,

 

1、先把香蕉放在不粘锅里,用中火煎到两面金黄,然后再用中偏小火煎到香蕉出现糖焦,撒一点点的盐。备用。

2、同时,把核桃放到锅里,边加热边晃动炒锅,直到核桃表面出现淡棕色。取出切碎。

3、把煎好的香蕉放在盘子里,放上核桃碎和蔓越莓干,你还可以放上原味酸奶。

 

香蕉煎过后的糖焦有足够的甜味,我们不需要添加糖份,与核桃、蔓越莓干以及酸奶这些天然的材料搭配不但健康营养,味道也相当的好。

 

 

Today we will be making an easy and delicious dessert that is great for breakfast time

Place banana slices into a non stick pan and panfry on medium heat until both sides are golden brown, then turn the heat down to low and let the banana slices caramelize, sprinkle on a little bit of salt and set aside

Place some walnuts into a pan and shake the pot while it's heating until the walnuts turn brown, take them out and cut into bits

Place the bananas on a plate and sprinkle on the walnut bits and some dried cranberries, feel free to add on some plain yogurt as well.

 

This dish is a delicious sweet treat with no additional sugar added!
