田园时光美食--素三丝veggie 3 ways 

原味豆干丝120克(Soya bean curd strip 120 g)

胡萝卜丝100克(Shredded carrots 100 g)

青灯笼椒80克(Green bell pepper 80 g)

盐 1/2茶匙(1/2 teaspoon salt)

酱油或鲜抽1/2茶匙(1/2 tsp soy sauce)

料酒 1汤匙(1 tbsp cooking wine)

糖1/3茶匙(1/3 tsp sugar)

麻油1/2茶匙(1/2 tsp sesame oil)

 

 

1、首先我们要选好材料,胡萝卜是很重要的营养和味道,加些青灯笼椒不但色彩丰富而且味道也非常搭 ,把它们都切成丝 尽量细一些。最后是豆干丝Soya bean curd strip 它是这道菜的主要材料。

2、这三种材料一起会有很美妙的味道,它们的比例最好按照屏幕显示的量来准备。

 

3、现在我们来炒它:把油锅烧热 加1汤匙的菜油,  我们要用中火先把胡萝卜丝炒软,一直炒到看见锅里的油变成红色,这是这道菜好吃的重要步骤。接着放入灯笼椒丝,炒软之后加入屏幕显示的调味料。再把豆干丝Soya bean curd strip 放入同炒,这时锅里比较干,可以加3-4汤匙的水进去一起煮开,直到豆干丝煮软并入味,记得用中火。

 

4、出锅前加1/2茶匙麻油,这也是这道菜最后出彩的地方。

 

5、简单几个步骤 一道非常好吃的素菜就做好了,即使你不是素食者也会喜欢的。

 

 

 

 

 

First we will select our ingredients. The 3 main ingredients are carrots which is tasty and nutritious, soya bean curd for a nice texture and the green bell pepper adds a pop of green. The three flavour combines perfectly, the key is to follow the portion shown in the video. Also it's important to cut the strips thinly and evenly 

 

Now we will stir fry them. heat 1 tablespoon of vegetable oil in a pan and stir the carrot strips in until they are soften. The oil will turn slightly orange in colour from the carrot, that's where the delicious flavour will come from add in the green bell pepper and after that is soften add in the seasoning shown. finally add in the soya bean curd strips. Add 3-4 tablespoons of water to allow the flavours to fully immerse and soften the soy curd. remember to use medium heat. 

 

Finally add 1/2 teaspoon of sesame oil for the finishing touch

 

In a few simple steps this delicious dish is ready, even if you are not vegetarian you will love this dish.
