意大利面200克(Spaghetti 200 g)
酱油2汤匙(2 tbsp soy sauce)
香醋1汤匙(1 tbsp balsamic vinegar)
麻油1茶匙(1 tsp sesame oil)
花生酱1汤匙(1 tbsp peanut butter)
菜油1.5汤匙(1.5 tbsp vegetable oil)
盐1/4茶匙(1/4 tsp salt)
细葱花2-3汤匙(2-3 tbsp chopped green onion)
李锦记潮州辣椒油1汤匙
(Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow chili oil 1 tbsp)

 

 

今天给大家介绍一种很特别的意大利面的吃法,用中国风味的酱料,可以热吃也可以冷吃。味道非常的不一般。
1、首先我们把意面Spaghetti 200 g,大约2-3个人的分量,放到滚水里,用中火煮熟。
2、趁面条在煮的时候 我们来调酱料---------把屏幕显示的所有调味料--酱油2汤匙(2 tbsp soy sauce)香醋1汤匙(1 tbsp balsamic vinegar)麻油1茶匙(1 tsp sesame oil)花生酱1汤匙(1 tbsp peanut butter)菜油1.5汤匙(1.5 tbsp vegetable oil)盐1/4茶匙(1/4 tsp salt)细葱花2-3汤匙(2-3 tbsp chopped green onion)混合搅匀,备用。
3、然后我们把煮熟的Spaghetti捞出沥干。如果你喜欢吃冷面,这时候也可以用干净的冷水冲凉。
4、最后把Spaghetti放到酱料里拌匀就可以了。
5、我会放1汤匙潮州辣椒酱(Lee Kum Kee Chiu Chow chili oil 1 tbsp),来增加一点辣味和香气。

 

 

Today we will be making spaghettis with a twist on it. This recipe combines a classic italian dish mixed in a deliciously fragrant asian sauce . you can enjoy it both hot and cold. 

 

First place 200 grams of spaghetti in a boiling pot of water, and cook on medium heat. this will make enough for two people

while the noodle is cooking, mix together the sauce ingredients shown酱油2汤匙(2 tbsp soy sauce)香醋1汤匙(1 tbsp balsamic vinegar)麻油1茶匙(1 tsp sesame oil)花生酱1汤匙(1 tbsp peanut butter)菜油1.5汤匙(1.5 tbsp vegetable oil)盐1/4茶匙(1/4 tsp salt)细葱花2-3汤匙(2-3 tbsp chopped green onion) and set aside

Strain the spaghetti and mix in the sauce

if you prefer cold noodles, then give the spaghetti a cold water bath before mixing in the sauce

I personally love adding in a tablespoon of chilli oil, the brand im choosing here is lee mum lee chou chow. I'm a huge fan of that spicy and flavourful touch.
