猪大排450克(Pork loin with bone450g)
酱油1茶匙(1 tsp soy sauce)
蚝油或海鲜酱1汤匙(1 tbsp oyster sauce or hoisin sauce)
料酒1茶匙(1 tsp cooking wine)
白糖1/2茶匙(1/2 tsp sugar)
黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙(1/4 teaspoon black pepper)
小苏打1/4茶匙(1/4 tsp baking soda)
生粉1/4杯(1/4 cup cornstarch)

 

今天我们来做非常美味的猪排饭,外酥里嫩,香气四溢。这里我准备的是2人的分量。
1、猪大排450克--厨房纸擦干 用木槌拍打让肉变松,(煎出来会更嫩)。
2、在大排骨的周边切开几个口子(为了煎的时候不收缩保持外型)
3、然后加入屏幕显示的调味料,里面的一点点小苏打是为了让猪肉更嫩且有弹性。
4、用手抓匀,腌制30-40分钟。然后用生粉把排骨完全裹住。放3-5分钟,让粉吸收一些水份。
5、中号不锈钢煎锅,倒入半杯油--烧热。
6、放入腌好的排骨,用中偏高火煎。煎至两面金黄酥脆,大约需要5分钟
7、配上米饭和你喜欢的青菜。

 

Today we will be making deep fried pork cutlet and rice or what is commonly known as tongkatsu. It is crispy on the outside and tender on the inside and absolutely delicious. the portion I have prepared here is for two people

 

Wipe dry 450s of pork cutout with kitchen towels, beat with a wooden hammer to make the meat tender

 

Cut a few slits along the edges of the cutlet to prevent it from shrinking in size when frying

 

Mix in all the seasoning shown on the screen, the baking soda will keep it tender

 

After mixing well let it marinate for 30-40 minutes and coat completely with corn starch, let it sit for 3-5 minutes, it will soak up some of the moisture

 

Now prepare a medium sized stainless steel pan and heat half a cup of oil

 

Add in the cutlets and fry on medium high heat until both sizes are golden, it should take about 5 minutes

 

Combine with your choice of rice and veggies and we are done
