无骨猪扒 200克(Boneless pork chop 200 g)

 盐1/4茶匙(Salt 1/4 teaspoon)

白胡椒粉1/2茶匙(White pepper powder 1/2 teaspoon)

酱油1/2茶匙(Soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon)

烧烤酱1茶匙(BBQ sauce, 1 teaspoon)

番茄沙司 1茶匙(ketchup 1 teaspoon)

 

面粉 1汤匙(Flour 1 tbsp)

菱粉或生粉1汤匙(Tapioca or potato starch 1 tablespoon)

 

 

  1. 无骨猪扒(猪里脊肉)切成0.5厘米厚度的小片。用刀背把肉片拍松。

Boneless pork chop (tenderloin), slice into 0.5cm thick slices. Pound with the back of your knife

   2、加入屏幕显示的调味料 。腌制1个小时  。用面粉和淀粉 裹匀 薄薄一层即可。

Season with the ingredients shown. Marinate for one hour. Coat with a light layer of flour and corn starch

   3、用中偏小火煎熟。 注意一点不要大火 因为调料有糖份很容易煎焦的。

Pan fry on medium low heat. Careful not to use high heat or the sugar from the marinade will burn
