中等开背虾10-15只(10-15 mediumshrimps, deveined )
细粉丝100克左右(Vermicelli  about 100g)
米酒1/4杯(1/4 cup rice wine)
李锦记蚝油1汤匙(Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce 1 tbsp)
鱼露1茶匙(1 tsp fish sauce)
蒜头 2-4个(2-4 cloves of garlic )
酱油1汤匙(1 tbsp soy sauce)

 

今天给大家分享一道非常快捷又美味的宴客菜,蒜泥粉丝虾。酱汁你也可以根据自己口味调整。
 
1、龙口细粉丝约100g,放入滚水里,关火浸泡 8-10分钟。直到变软,透明后捞出 沥干冲凉。
2、放到碗里与1汤匙酱油拌匀。再铺在盘子底部。在粉丝上剪几刀,以方便食用。
3、10-15 只中等开背虾 对半切开,保持尾部完整。切好的虾按照视频所示码在粉丝上面。撒一些葱花备用
4、把视频显示的材料:米酒1/4杯(1/4 cup rice wine)李锦记蚝油1汤匙(Lee Kum Kee oyster sauce 1 tbsp)鱼露1茶匙(1 tsp fish sauce)蒜头 2-4个(2-4 cloves of garlic )酱油1汤匙(1 tbsp soy sauce)放到果汁机里,打成浆。如果你不喜欢蒜味太浓可以减少蒜头的量。把酱汁浇在粉丝和虾上。
5、放到滚水锅里大火蒸5分钟即可(不要过头)。取出后再撒一些葱花在面上。浇上1汤匙滚热的油。

Place 100grams of vermicelli into boiling water and turn off heat and let it soak for 8-10 minutes until the vermicelli turns soft and transparent. strain and give it a quick water bath

Mix together with 1 tablespoon of soy sauce in a bowl and cover a plate with it. snip the vermicelli a few times for easier presentation 

 

Cut 10-15 medium sized shrimps in half , keep the tail part complete , place the shrimp as shown on the vermicelli and sprinkle n some green onions.
