熟米饭2杯约500ml
(2 cups cooked rice)
三文鱼200克
(Salmon 200 g)
葱 30克
(Spring onions 30 g)
蛋黄1个
(1 egg yolk)
李锦记蒜蓉豆豉酱 2/3汤匙
(2/3 tbsp Lee Kum Kee black bean garlic sauce)

 

 

1、先要把米饭煮熟。取出2杯熟米饭。

2、在米饭里放进1个鸡蛋黄,拌匀备用。这样做了以后,只要少量的油,就可以把米饭炒得粒粒分明,不粘也不糊。

3、葱30克 切葱花,三文鱼200克左右,切片。

4、wok或不粘锅烧热,加入1汤匙油,放入三文鱼片,用中火煎熟,不要煎太过,刚刚熟就可以。

5、放入葱白部分,一起炒香。再倒入米饭炒热。加入李锦记蒜蓉豆豉酱 2/3汤匙 炒匀。这个酱料是有咸度的,你也可以再加些盐或酱油,如果你喜欢。

6、最后再放入葱叶子部分,拌匀一下就可以出锅了。

 

 

 

Today I will share with you guys my all time favorite mouth watering salmon fried rice, it's super simple and makes a delicious dinner 

 

First steam 2 cups of rice

 

Beat 1 egg and stir in with the cooked rice, mix well. this will reduce the amount of oil needed and keep each rice kernel individually separated 

 

Mince 30 grams of green scallions and slice 200 grams of salmon

 

Heat a wok or a non stick pan, add in 1 tablespoon of oil, add in the salmon slices and pan fry on medium heat, careful not to overheat 

 

Stir in the white parts of the scallion and stir until fragrant, then add in the cooked rice and stir evenly. add in 2/3 tablespoon of lee kum lee black bean garlic sauce and mix well. this sauce is already seasoned, but feel free to add extra soy sauce and salt if  you'd like 

 

Finally stir in the green part of the scallion, toss around to combine
