田园美食 茶碗蛋羹steamed egg

鸡蛋2个(2 large eggs)

牛奶100毫升(100 ml of milk)

水100毫升(100 ml of water)

盐1/4茶匙(1/4 teaspoon salt)

美极酱油2滴(2 drop of Maggi soy sauce)

虾仁4个 (4 peeled shrimps)

白胡椒粉(White pepper powder)

蟹肉棒1根(A crab stick)

香菇(Black mushrooms)

葱花(chopped green onion)

麻油(sesame oil)

 

 

 

今天给大家分享一道很好吃的用茶碗蒸出来的鸡蛋羹,很漂亮又十分的鲜美。可以做早餐 也可以做点心 或搭配米饭吃。这里我做了2个人的分量。

 

 

1、首先,我们要把 虾仁4个只, 用一点点的白胡椒粉和一点点的盐 稍微腌一下。然后把 蟹肉棒1根切片,香菇切片备用。


2、接着我们把2个大号的鸡蛋 打散,加入屏幕显示的牛奶、水和调味料。再搅匀。


3、准备2个这样的茶碗,把蛋液隔着过滤网 分别倒入2个茶碗里。


4、汤锅里水烧开后,把装有蛋液的茶碗放入,马上转中火,加盖蒸5分钟左右,注意不要用大火 分钟鸡蛋羹口感会变老。蒸到鸡蛋液表面开始凝固,把准备好的虾仁、蟹肉棒、香菇放入,加盖再蒸5分钟,刚刚好熟透即可,不要蒸过头 口感就不嫩了。


5、蒸好后 你可以在蛋羹上滴2滴美极酱油或者日本酱油,还有麻油 喜欢的话还可以撒些葱花。


6、蒸出来的蛋羹要视频显示的嫩嫩的 才是最好吃的。很鲜很鲜的味道。试试吧!

 

 

如果你用大碗蒸蛋羹 最好加入温热的水和奶,以避免蛋水分离。小茶盏则没有太大关系。 

 

 

Today we will be making a delicious steamed egg dish presented inside a beautiful tea bowl. Its delicious and beautiful, great for breakfast or as a side dish with rice. The portion i have here is made for two people.

First we will marinate 4 peeled shrimps with a little bit of salt and white pepper. Then slice up a crab stick and shitake mushroom and set it aside.
Now we will beat 2 large eggs and add in the water milk and seasoning, beat well

Set out two tea bowls as the ones i have and
Strain the beaten egg through

Boil the water in the steamer and place the two bowls inside. Immediately turn the heat down to medium and cover the lid then let it steam for 5minutes. Careful not to cook on high heat or the egg will overcook and turn rubbery. When the surface of the egg mixture start to solidify add in the shrimp bits the crab meat and the shitake mushroom. Place the lid back on and steam for another 5minutes. Take the bowl out of the steamer as soon as everything sets ensure a melt in your mouth texture.

For extra flavoring , drizzle on 2 drop of magi soy sauce or Japanese soy sauce, sesame oil and green scallion would also be a good option

The finished dish is delicate and flavourful

 

 

If you are using a large bowl, use warm mill and water to prevent the liquids from separating
