豉椒烤三文鱼

Asian style oven baked salmon 

三文鱼600克(Salmon 600 g)

豆豉 1汤匙(1 tbsp fermented black beans)

生姜丝20克(Shredded ginger 20 g)

辣椒碎 1汤匙(1 tbsp chopped fresh chilli)

盐1/4茶匙(1/4 teaspoon salt)

糖1茶匙(1 teaspoon sugar)

酱油1茶匙(1 teaspoon soy sauce)

甜面酱1汤匙(sweet fermented flour paste)

油1汤匙(1 tbsp oil)

 

 

首先我们来调酱汁。把屏幕显示的材料 --豆豉 1汤匙(1 tbsp fermented black beans)生姜丝20克(Shredded ginger 20 g)辣椒碎 1汤匙(1 tbsp chopped fresh chilli)盐1/4茶匙(1/4 teaspoon salt)糖1茶匙(1 teaspoon sugar)酱油1茶匙(1 teaspoon soy sauce)甜面酱1汤匙(sweet fermented flour paste)油1汤匙(1 tbsp oil)放到一个碗里 调匀。这个酱汁很香 味道也很浓郁,和三文鱼搭配恰到好处。

 

接着再把烤盘铺上铝箔纸并刷上油。放入三文鱼,再把酱汁放在鱼上面。

 

烤箱预热350华氏度,烤30分钟。即可。

 

非常简单  美味的烤三文鱼就做好了

 

 

 

Hello everyone! Today we will be making asian style oven baked salmon fillet topped with a delightfully sweet and savoury sauce. 

 

First we will make the sauce, combine all the ingredients shown on the screen --

豆豉 1汤匙(1 tbsp fermented black beans)生姜丝20克(Shredded ginger 20 g)辣椒碎 1汤匙(1 tbsp chopped fresh chilli)盐1/4茶匙(1/4 teaspoon salt)糖1茶匙(1 teaspoon sugar)酱油1茶匙(1 teaspoon soy sauce)甜面酱1汤匙(sweet fermented flour paste)油1汤匙(1 tbsp oil)and mix well. This sauce is very strong and fragrant and goes perfectly with the sweetness of the salmon.

 

Now we will line a baking tray with some foil, brush on some oil and place on the salmon then drizzle the sauce on

 

Preheat the oven to 350 Fahrenheit then bake the fish for 30 minutes and then it's ready
