​田园时光美食--鸳鸯蔬菜羹

Ying yang veggie stew

煮熟的土豆 200克(Cooked potatoes 200 g)

水250毫升(Water 250 ml)

绿色蔬菜叶 手抓一把Grab a handful of green leafy veggie

洋葱 几片A few slices of onion

盐salt

白胡椒粉White pepper powder

 

 

  1. 把土豆煮熟 取出200克。 洋葱几片 ,一起放入果汁机 加入250 毫升的水,打成浆。

     Boil the potatoes and measure 200g。Blend with a few slices of onion in      a juicer. Add in 250 ml of water. Blend until it's thick

  2、准备绿叶蔬菜,手抓一把 放入果汁机 加很少量的水 打成蔬菜汁。

    Now prepare the green veggies. Grab a handful and blend with a little bit       of water

  3、把土豆浆先倒入锅内  如果太浓 可加些水稀释。加盐调味 烧开之后,取       出一半多一些 装入一个杯子中。再往锅里剩下的土豆浆里倒入蔬菜汁 加       盐和白胡椒粉调味 烧开后 装入同样大小的杯子里。

      Cook the potato liquid in a pot. If the potato liquid is too thick, you can         thin it out with a bit of water Season with a bit of salt and after it comes       to a boil. Pour a little over half into a container. Pour the veggie juice into       the remaining potato liquid. Season with salt and white pepper. After it         comes to a boil, pour into another container of the same size

   4、取一个大碗 同时从两边向碗里倒入土豆浆和蔬菜汁  开始的时候先别急       着转动方向 直到倒入的液体过半才开始慢慢转动 就可以形成鸳鸯(太极        的图案)。

        Prepare a large bowl and pour both in the soup from containers                     simultaneously at opposite ends. Once you're halfway through, slowly           rotate in the same direction as shown. And that's how you achieve the           ying yang pattern
