田园时光美食  金枪鱼薯仔饼Tuna potato fritters

去皮土豆250克(Peeled potatoes 250 g)

罐头金枪鱼肉120克(Canned tuna meat 120 g)

切碎洋葱100克(Chopped onion 100 g)

香菜 30克(Coriander 30 g)

牛奶1/4杯(Milk 1/4 cup)

鸡蛋1个(1 egg)

盐 1/2茶匙(Salt 1/2 teaspoon)

黑胡椒粉1/2茶匙(Black pepper 1/2 tsp)

橄榄油1茶匙(Olive oil 1 tsp)

面包屑 1/2杯(Bread crumbs 1/2 cup)

面粉或面包屑1/4杯(¨Flour or bread crumbs1/4 cup)

1、首先把土豆去皮切成大块,放入滚水里煮熟。然后捞出 压成土豆泥。

2、准备金枪鱼 我用罐头的金枪鱼 170克装的1听,如果你喜欢可以增加鱼肉的量,把罐头里的水倒掉,留下鱼肉。

3、在鱼肉中拌入1/4杯牛奶 这样可以去掉一些鱼腥味 如果你觉得必要的话。

4、把鱼肉连同牛奶一起鱼土豆泥混合,同时把屏幕显示的其他材料拌入。搅匀。

5、准备面包屑,把混合好的土豆泥 做成饼子裹上面包屑,放入事先抹油的烤盘,在饼子面上再刷一层油。

6、这个步骤 如果你不用烤箱 可以直接放到锅里煎到2面金黄酥脆。

7、烤箱预热350华氏度 烤30分钟。如果2面颜色不均匀 可以翻一面再烤10分钟。

这个饼可以做早餐、午餐也可以做下午茶点心。非常好吃

Today we will be making a simple but delicious tuna potato fritters!

First peel the potatoes and dice them into large chunks. Allow them to cook in a pot of boiling water. Strain after it's cooked and mash it with a fork or a potato masher. 

prepare the tuna fish. I'm using a can of 170grams of tuna, feel free to add more. drain out the water and mix in the tuna fish

mix in 1/4 cups of milk to reduce the fishy smell of tuna, but it's optional

combine well and add in the seasoning shown

prepare the bread crumb and make the mash into fritters and coat them with bread crumbs. place the fritters on an oiled pan and brush on a light layer of oil.

now you can either panfry until both sides are golden and crispy or bake in the oven for 30 minutes that has been preheated at 350degree Fahrenheit.   flip the fritters and let it bake for another 10 minutes 

 

this recipe makes a delicious breakfast, lunch or even an afternoon snack.
