番薯粉丝 180克(Sweet potato starch noodles 180 g)

肉糜 150克(150 g minced pork)

姜末1茶匙(1 tsp finely chopped ginger)

蒜末1茶匙(1 tsp minced garlic)

碎葱白1汤匙(1 tbsp Chopped green onion white part)

葱叶子1汤匙(1 tbsp Chopped green onion leaves)

辣豆瓣酱1汤匙(1 tbsp Chinese hot bean paste )

料酒1.5汤匙(1.5 tbsp cooking wine)

酱油1.5汤匙(1.5 tbsp soy sauce)

白糖1/2汤匙(1/2 tbsp sugar)

清鸡汤1杯(1 cup chicken broth)

今天给大家分享一道非常好吃 又特别简单的主食,炒番薯粉丝,我们要把所有材料准备好,这些材料在中国超市都可以买的到。

1、先把粉丝180克左右 用清水浸泡到变软 大约2个小时。之后稍微剪断一下以免粉丝太长。

2、炒锅烧热,放入1.5汤匙油,把屏幕显示的葱姜蒜末用中火炒香。

3、接着放入150克猪肉糜,翻炒到肉色转白。

4、再把辣豆瓣酱1汤匙放入,辣豆瓣酱 是很关键的味道,在大统华或者其他亚洲超市可以买到。把它和肉糜炒匀炒出香之后加料酒1.5汤匙

5、把泡软的粉丝放入,再加入白糖1/2汤匙、酱油1.5汤匙 和1杯鸡汤。

6、先大火烧开,然后转中偏小火煮,中间记得翻炒一下避免粘锅,一直煮到鸡汤全部被吸收,粉丝熟透  撒一汤匙切碎葱叶。趁热吃 非常美味又简单 你赶快试一试。

Today we will be making a super simple but delicious main dish, stirred fried sweet potato glass noodle. You can find these noodles in any chinese grocery stores 

First soak 180grams of glass noodles for 2 hours. then cut it up slightly so the noodles aren't too long 

Now heat a pot until hot and place 1.5 tablespoon of oil. sauté some grated green onion ginger and garlic and stir fry on medium heat until fragrant.

Add in 150 grams of minced pork until it's turns white

Add in 1 tablespoon of spicy bean curd paste. this is the secret ingredient that gives it a great flavour.

 

After its all well combined, add in 1.5 tablespoon of cooking wine. add in the soaked glass noodle and season with 1/2 tablespoon of sugar and 1.5 tablespoon of soy sauce and add in 1 cup of chicken stock.

 

Cook on high heat and turn it down to medium low. stir around slightly to prevent sticking. once everything is fully absorbed, it's ready. add in a teaspoon of chopped green onion leaves and eat while hot.
