​田园时光美食--薄脆肉饼Crunchy Patties

猪肉糜 150克(Minced pork 150g)

鸡蛋1个(1 egg)

盐1/4茶匙(Salt 1/4 teaspoon)

酱油1/2茶匙(Soy sauce 1/2 teaspoon)

糖 1/4茶匙(Sugar 1/4 teaspoon)

洋葱粉1/4茶匙(Onion powder 1/4 teaspoon)

黑胡椒粉1/4茶匙(Black pepper 1/4 teaspoon)

 

上海云吞皮 32-36张(32-36 Shanghai wonton wrappers )

 

 

 

 

  1. 把视频显示的馅料材料 放在一个碗里

  2. First mix all the ingredients in a bowl )

  3. 搅至非常均匀。(stir and mix until it's all incorporated )

  4. 把上海云吞皮 铺开(have the wonton skins lay flat )

  5. 放上馅料 大约每张云吞皮放上1汤匙或更多的馅料

  6. then place on the filling, about 1 tablespoon will do)

  7. 把馅料抹平 四边都要抹到 这样煎的时候外边不会卷起

  8. smear it across the wonton skin, this way it won't curl up)

  9. 在上面再覆盖上一张云吞皮,轻轻压平。

  10. lay another wonton skin on top and gently press them together)

  11. 煎锅烧热  放油 可以多放一些。把抹好馅料的云吞皮平放在煎锅里 用中偏高火煎。

  12. heat a frying pan until it's hot and add in some oil 。place the patties in and fry on medium high heat )

  13. 直到2面金黄酥脆。(they're ready when both sides are golden and crispy)

  14.  ,一口接一口的吃 停不下来。
