花生牛轧糖(Peanut nougat)

 


棉花糖100克(Marshmallows 100 g)
奶粉70克(Milk powder 70 g)
烤熟的花生150克(Roasted peanuts 150 g)

 

 

1、先把棉花糖 100 g 放到微波炉转40秒到1分钟,直到它溶化。
2、加入奶粉 70 g、烤过的无皮花生 150 g 拌匀。
3、包入烘培纸   如用铝箔纸,需要在所有的接触面撒上奶粉以免粘粘。
4、擀平整后放凉。  取走烘培纸,两面都撒些奶粉。
5、用带锯齿的刀切成小块。冷藏保存最好。

 

Today we will be making a simple delicious treat, a chewy milky nouget

 

First melt 100 grams of marshmellow in the microwave for 40 seconds to 1 minute until it's fully melted

 

Add in 70 grams of milk power and 150grams of roasted peanuts and mix together

 

Wrap with parchment paper or you can use aluminum foil just remember to Sprinkle on a generous amount of flour to prevent sticking

 

roll flat with a rolling pin and remove the parchment paper then sprinkle on milk powder on all sides
